SHIPPING / RETURN POLICY AND PROCEDURE
We ship United States Postal Service.
Any claims of damages or shortages must be reported within 10 days. Merchandise must be returned in the same package and condition in which it was received. Returns will not be accepted more than 30 days from the date of purchase.
To return merchandise for credit or exchange, call us at 760 724 0291 for a return authorization number. Your return cannot be processed without proper authorization. Returns that are missing parts or packaging will be subject to a 20 percent restocking fee. Improperly packaged returns which are damaged in shipping will not be refunded.
We will credit or refund your purchase price. We cannot refund shipping and handling charges or return postage.
